Premium cement render for expanded polystyrene cladding

This polymer-modified dry mix render combines washed and graded silica sand, acrylic powder and proprietary additives to deliver consistent performance. When applied over Orangeboard® EPS panels, our render creates a durable surface ready for primers and decorative top coats.

Unlike traditional sand and cement render, Orangeboard® Plus Render significantly reduces the risks of on-site mixing errors and provides strong adhesion to EPS wall systems.

Easy to mix and apply

Orangeboard® Plus Render is supplied in 20kg bags and requires only clean water for preparation — no additional additives. Simply mix approximately 3.5–4 litres of water per bag until a uniform paste is achieved. It can be applied by hawk and trowel, render machine or hopper gun, offering flexibility for different project needs. Coverage is approximately 3–4m² at 5mm thickness, with a two-coat system embedding reinforcing mesh for strength and even cement render finishes.

Once applied, the render provides a firm base layer for achieving high-quality cement render finishes. This cures within four days for top coating and reaches full hardness in 28 days. This application process ensures consistent results designed to work with the Orangeboard® cladding system.
